‘Drishti The Vision Foundation’ also known as ‘Drishti IAS‘ was founded on November 1, 1999, by Dr. Vikas Divyakirti, an IAS trainer, author, and lecturer. Vikas sir cleared the UPSC examination in 1996 and he was assigned to the Ministry of Home Affairs. However, a year later, he resigned from his position deciding to teach students at Delhi University.
